I-cup gravure idol Ruu Yumemi to make porn debut after sex tape scandal

The serried ranks of adult video are filled with new debuts, most of which disappear without much trace. Rarer are the high-profile gradols (gravure idols) and music idols who make the crossover. (There are more common porn debuts by lesser-known idols whose names are unlikely to raise an eyebrow.)

The most successful example of late has been Kaoru Yasui, whose new career is picking up some steam.

Now comes the porn debut of Ruu Yumemi (夢見るぅ), an I-cup busty gradol, with Moodyz.

Interestingly, she is doing it under her original geimei (performer name) — not adopting a new one for contractual reasons, like most of her peers do.

The 150-minute release (MIDE-894) comes out April 13. The news broke yesterday, including an official announcement from Yumemi on her Twitter account (where she apologizes for surprising everyone).

In fact, 21-year-old Yumemi’s debut is not a huge surprise after her career, which had been developing nicely with TV appearances from 2019 and a digital photo book in 2020 as well as several (non-adult) videos, was derailed by an alleged explicit sex tape that leaked online along with nude selfies.
