Aoyama Saint Hachamecha High School idol group management sues fans (and idols) for having sex
We’ve all fantasized about having sex with idols. Sometimes the idols break the rules imposed (probably illegally) by their management and have relationships, including with fans. Usually what then happens is they get found out and fire. They are left “shamed” for daring to have sex while the partner in question is the envy of men around the land.
But perhaps these guys would think twice about where they stick their wick next time.
Because they might just get sued.
Yes, in what might be the most incredulous flaunting of human rights in the history of the idol industry in Japan, a management company is suing the idols, their parents, and the fans who had sex with them for damages.
Until earlier this year Aoyama Saint Hachamecha High School, aka Mecha High, featured the talents of Miho Yuuki (19) and Sena Miura (22), but then they suddenly left the idol group in April and July for reasons unclear.
At an August fan event the producer explained that there had been a “grave breach of contract” and had been “dating fans”. Their fate? Banishment. The producer also revealed the names of the fans who had been having sex with the idols — perhaps hoping that the other fans would lynch them out of envy or anger that they caused the sacking of the popular girls.
And now they are being sued for over ¥8 million ($75,000) in damages.
Seriously, if this suit is successful we will despair. What about the human rights of the members? Not matter what the wording of the contract — which anyway can surely not legally bind someone to NOT have a relationship with another human being — there is no moral system on the planet which could condone the management’s actions.
The parents of the two girls actually signed the contracts so they are also named in the suit.
“The parents of the two signed a contract that said the members would not have relationships with fans and would not neglect their work,” said the management. “They have betrayed the rest of the group and all their fans, and we cannot forgive this.”

Girls should be rewarded for having fun and pursuing pleasure.
