The film came out in Japan last November and has just hit home media, so images and clips are finally becoming available, though the copyright holders are inevitably getting some pulled from social media.
Ayaka Miyoshi stands in front of a shower and steps into the flow of water. We see a bit of side boob and a faint outline of a tit, but no actual nipple, suggesting that she is wearing a pastie.
It’s a brief scene that is basically a bit pointless, filmed perhaps just to demonstrate that Ayaka Miyoshi is now not only a fashion model but a “serious” actor willing to shed her clothes for the merits of the role.
