Deino collaboration toys explore isopod sex, steampunk character fantasies
We have all harbored a few weird fantasies in our time, but how many have wondered what it’s like to have sex with insects or an amputee?
That first fetish is explored by some more extreme sections of the adult video market, as we have blogged about before, but also appears in a few toys, such as this recent one that caught our beady eye.
The Mushi Kan Isopod Sex Vibrator is essentially what the name would suggest: in the words of Kanojo Toys, it “replicates the wiggling, writhing movements of a small creature crawling around and pleasuring you down there with its body and tail.”
But we don’t want to do a disservice here. This is not just a gimmicky toy; it’s a quite sophisticated holder for a bullet vibe that enhances the stimulation and buzzing felt by the body.
It also has a specific source. The isopod creature is based on a sea roach (wharf roach) called Natokun, who lives on the head/hair of the character Ca (Shiie) or, in her Vocaloid/Hatsune Miku derivative version, Calne Ca (Karune Shiie) by Deino.
The illustrator Deino is famed for his creations involving Ca (aka Calcium or Shiie), a steampunk-influenced and semi-mechanized female amputee character who has also recently inspired a dakimakura hug pillow cover in the Insert Air Pillow Futamata series by Tama Toys and an onahole, the Ca Calcium Shiie The Hole Re:born.
The masturbator, which is also made by Tama Toys (like the Mushi Kan Isopod Sex Vibrator), is a relaunch and revamp of an earlier Deino collaboration toy.
The onahole features Natokun again as well as integrated limbs (or, in Ca’s case, stumps) and breasts, so you can really feel like you’re having sex with her slinky, mechanical body.
