Election campaign volunteer gets our vote for short skirt and buttocks

As we write this, Japan is heading to the polls in an election that might see the ruling LDP lose its majority in the House of Representatives.

Of course, we’re less interested in the podgy faces of the LDP policos, most of whom should be off collecting their pensions by now instead of running the country, and more in the possible success of candidates like ex-gravure model Chisato Morishita, still a hottie at age 43 (and unmarried too).

She’s already failed once in her bid to win a seat. Will she succeed this time and brighten up the stale corridors of power with her slinky charms?

This time, there has been less fuss about wacky candidates pulling publicity stunts, perhaps because the controversy about the pornographic posters at the Tokyo gubernatorial election earlier this year, and the candidate who stripped off during her election broadcast.

So we were pleased to see that the armies of volunteers who assist in the campaigning for candidates include some young ladies with both looks and confidence in their sex appeal.

One young woman on the campaign team for Masafumi Tabuchi, an unaffiliated candidate from Okayama running for a seat in Tokyo 26th district, certainly gets our vote.

Her lovely legs were nicely complemented by her skirt — so much so, in fact, that the bottom of her buttocks were also visible.

Tabuchi has run in several elections before and lost every time, but this is definitely one sure-fire way to get voters to accept a flyer.

As netizens quickly pointed out, the lady in question is actually 26-year-old Harumi Kurokawa (黒川晴美), also known as as Harumi (晴美) or Mahoro Kamiki (神木まほろ), a porn star who has enjoyed a quite prolific career in AV over the past few years.

She claims now to be a “rental girlfriend” and the personal manager for top JAV star Sora Amakawa.

We are very curious to know how she came to be on Tabuchi’s volunteer team and whether he knows about her line of work.

She’s certainly not hiding it. In fact, these images of her hard at work on the campaign trail in Tokyo were posted by Kurokawa herself on social media.

It makes a change from the usual kinds of pics she posts, like the one below.

On the other hand, Kurokawa is hardly the first porn star to be involved in mainstream politics in Japan.
