Esports player cheats to lose virginity
According to a viral post by the prolific Gareso Takizawa on Twitter/X (with 8.4 million views and counting), a Japanese pro esports player has apologized for cheating because he was hoping to get his end away.
The unnamed male competitor played with a friend using a cheat program. He did this because two female acquaintances promised that if he could maintain his Apex ranking, they’d help him lose his virginity.
Though the man has come clean and shamefully admitted his cheating, it’s not known if the women upheld her end of the bargain.
Takizawa’s post was based on the player’s own social media post, but this has since been deleted, no doubt overwhelmed by the viral response since July 24. The penitent player is Jotaro Tojo (aka Jomomo), who is attached to Deltan Gaming.
This also means we can’t verify the veracity of this story at all (which is why we held back a few days on this one) — but it’s a great set-up and almost sounds like the plot line of an adult manga.
Esports has achieved global success but players don’t enjoy the level of sexual glamor of regular athletes. That said, some really do seem to have a dream life, playing the games they love for a living and bedding beautiful women. The curvy gravure idol (and keen gamer) Yuka Kuramochi, for instances, married pro esports player Fuudo and they now have a child together.
