Gravure idol “brainwashed” into appearing in Japanese porn
Everyone has a past and though it’s common for people to use different names when they switch agency or industry, netizens still have ways of identifying you.
And so it is with a performer in a new AV release from Rocket, who has been identified as a former winner of second prize at Miss Tokyo Sports, a prestigious gravure contest whose winners include many big names in the industry.
The AV in question (code 1RCTD00591) is the tenth entry in the popular, increasingly outlandish Shameful Brainwashing! I Was Turned into a High-Cut Person, which features women in leotards and similar clothing with very high cuts to show off their legs as they undergo bizarre sexual activities.
It stars Sakura Mita, Nozomi Arimura, Hazuki Kamiya, Karen Nagase, and Hikaru Nagisa. It is already available for paid streaming and on physical formats from June 20.
If you like leggy ladies, leotards, and lesbian high jinks, this one is definitely for you.
A JAV scenario in which “innocent” women are “brainwashed” at a gym into doing sexual perverse acts? It could be an allegory for what happens to young music idols, actresses, and gravure models who get pressured by managements and career failings into doing porn instead.
But let’s leave the moralizing till another day. Those unfortunate cases do exist but it’s not what’s happening here. Forgive the clickbait title of the article.
This whole AV series by Rocket is extremely tongue in cheek and knowing, packed with references and nods at the audience.
The “brainwashed” former winner at Miss Tokyo Sports is, of course, Sakura Mita, and she’s actually had a porn career since 2021. Under her JAV debut with Moodyz, the 29-year-old from Fukushima used to be known as Sakura Ninomiya, under which name she released a bunch of image videos in the late 2010s as well as several photo books.
Her success in gravure was middling but she has much more in JAV (Fanza lists 127 releases under her name).
