Become a gravure idol! Sony Music holds model auditions

Yesterday we wrote about a facesitting event in Tokyo this Saturday.

Now here’s your chance to be a gravure idol.

Of course, people are auditioning to be guradoru all the time but Sony Music is holding its first open call audition for women who want to be actresses, TV celebrities (tarento) and Gravure models.

Applications opened on Monday and close on June 30th.

You have to be aged between 15 and 30 years old, but any nationality is accepted. Friends and sisters can apply together. Group applications make win prizes, such as a trip to Tokyo Disney Resort.

If you are picked, you have the chance of a career as a Gravure idol with Sony Music.

Auditions are held through a process of application documents (submitted by post or online), interviews and then a session at a waterpark. The final judging takes place in September.
