Maebashi city worker arrested for exposing himself to teenaged drug store worker

A 38-year-old municipal employee of Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture, has been arrested for indecent exposure.

Local cops took the Yoshihiro Sekiguchi into custody on May 19th on suspicion of exposing his lower half to a 19-year-old female part-time worker at a Maebashi drug store.

The incident allegedly happened on April 2nd at around 9:30 at night when the man was at the cash register buying something. He then showed his penis to the young lady serving him.

The store manager reported the incident to police on April 6th and it was confirmed on the shop’s CCTV. Japanese police move fast: it’s only taken them over a month to nab the suspect.

There are some theories racing around for what exactly he did and why.

Perhaps the man wanted to know how large he was downstairs. “What size condom am I?” he might have asked the terrified teenager.

Or he possibly wanted to show her his “affected” area to get her opinion on the drugs he needed.

Or maybe he’s just a roshutsu fetishist. Hmm…
