Korean actress Kwak Hyun-hwa sues director for releasing movie with her nude scene

A Korean film director has been charged by policed for releasing a cut of a movie featuring nude scenes of an actress without her consent.
The film, House with a Good View, was released back in 2012. But then the director, Lee Soo-sung, released a “director’s cut” of the movie online, restoring a scene he had allegedly agreed to cut.
This nude scenes feature a naked Kwak Hyun-hwa, who is also a singer and comedian. She played herself in the 2013 film Playboy Bong, which also featured her nude.
Kwak sued Lee, leading to his indictment. If you have any more details of the case, please let us know.
Kwak is also known for her self-publicity stunts, such as eating bananas provocatively or posing semi-naked ahead of an election.
And you will be very please to hear that House with a Good View also has an incredible sex scene with Ha Na-kyung (or Ha Na-kyeong), the actress who became notorious for a stumble that revealed her breasts at a film festival.
