Man arrested for sexual assault in toilet, not paying younger woman for panties
More bad news about compensated dating now as the moral panic over papakatsu continues.
Papakatsu is a kind of newish buzzword to describe compensated dating that involves an older man and younger woman (though in practice, compensated dating often meant such sugar daddy relationships regardless of terminology).
Following media stories about female fraudsters and even at least one murder, it helps to remember that the men are not always the victim here — and since they’re the ones with the money, quite the opposite in many cases.
The young women involved in papakatsu may be barely over the age of consent, so don’t be like that politician who took his underage date out drinking.
And certainly don’t be like the 50-year-old man in Uji, south Kyoto, who has been arrested for sexually assaulting and stealing from a girl in her twenties.
It is his second arrest connected with the case. He was previously charged with intercourse without consent, reports the Sankei Shimbun.
In the multipurpose toilet (accessible restroom) of a building in Uji on April 21, the man is accused of sexually assaulting the woman he had met for papakatsu.
We presume that despite the initial understanding that their relationship was papakatsu, she did not want to go through with having sex with him, and so he forced himself on her. The pair originally met online, according to the Uji police.
He is also accused of not paying her for her panties.
They went into the restroom together for the exchange. She took off her panties, as requested, so he could take them home, but it seems that he then seized the chance to fulfill another fantasy and have sex with her.
The suspect has denied the allegations, claiming that he had consent to have sex with her.
We presume it was his kink to see the girl take off her panties and then directly hand them over to him, but he could have saved himself the trouble by buying a pair of used panties online. Much less chance of negotiations breaking down!
Readers with long memories may recall the scandal involving comedian Ken Watabe (not to be confused with actor Ken Watanabe), who had sex with a lover in a multipurpose toilet in Roppongi — despite having the lovely Nozomi Sasaki waiting at home for him. The story inspired its own parody onahole.
