Triumph, the underwear brand, has released some statistics on its bra sales and so we have some nice data on which cups sell most -- and thus, can presumably infer on the proportion of breast sizes across the country.
Note, though that the numbers are for 2011, though we doubt that Japanese breasts have evolved so much in two years.

Officers took Ryuji Shimizu, 41, the manager of Archangels Tokyo, into custody for allegedly employing a 16-year-old girl as a waitress after 10 p.m. — a violation of the Law Regulating Adult Entertainment Businesses.
