Police officer films up skirts of women using disguised phone camera leggings
A police officer from Kagawa Prefecture has been arrested for using his smartphone to photograph up the skirt of a female, disguising the camera underneath a legging that he was wearing so as not to contaminate a crime scene.
Mitsuru Higashiyama (35) was arrested in January and on February 28th it was announced that he was suspended for three months. He has also voluntarily resigned from his post.
Higashiyama had apparently used the same contraption at four places between February 2013 and January this year on five separate women.
“It was to satisfy my sexual appetites,” he has said.
After his arrest, videos that he took up the skirts of the women were discovered on his home computer.
Other sites where he took the videos included 24 women from crime scenes and police facilities (where he filmed fellow police officers), and even another 14 victims filmed at supermarkets during work hours. He varied his technique by using other shoes and hiding the phone inside.
Well, he certainly used his skills at least.

Are people still doing upskirt photos? That was so 10 years ago. Why don’t the guy go full nostalgic and start filming ladies with a Sony Handicam with that special filter to see through their shirts. That’s old school perversion.
