Policeman took photos up girls’ skirts with phone
Oh, the joys of technology…Police in Niigata, northern Japan, have arrested Takeshi Saito for using his phone to shoot video up girls’ skirts.
The twenty-seven year-old apparently had multiple videos and still images stored on his phone — not very smart unless you want to get caught red-handed!
What was Takeshi’s spot of choice? A 100 Yen shop on the second storey of a shopping mall in central Niigata City. While the girls in their twenties were checking out the products, Takeshi was checking out their knickers!
After he was discovered he tried to get away — but CCTV camera evidence sealed his fate. He really should have been more careful. Everyone knows you don’t do it where you yourself will be filmed in the act. Somewhere in public, somewhere discreet — that’s what pros do!
It’s even worse when you realize that Takeshi was a policeman who had just got off his night shift! It gives new meaning to “going undercover”, I guess!
