Retired Japanese porn star Urara Uraraka to release nude pregnant photo book

Like us, you may have noticed that Japanese porn star and stripper Urara Uraraka (うららか麗) had been quieter of late, both in terms of AV releases and her social media output.

In fact, she had retired from adult video and the nominal reason came out on November 3: she’s now pregnant, due to give birth very soon.

And she’s sensibly capitalizing on her new physical circumstances to make a nude photo book with shots of her pregnant body, which she is selling to fans online. Given how many tattoos she famously has on her body, we can only imagine how hot she now looks while pregnant.

The 27-year-old Urara Uraraka, who made her debut in 2014 and is (we understand) biracial (haafu), has launched a crowdfunding campaign to collect preorders. Despite the campaign still having 41 days to run, it’s already more than 100% funded.

To whet your appetites, we took a few previews of the upcoming photo book from the campaign page and Uraraka’s social media posts.

People who preorder a photo book from the campaign page will apparently get it in April next year. Since she’s independently publishing the book, we’re not sure if it will be available through regular commercial channels.

Known as “maternity nude” in Japanese, this kind of nude maternity photography has a long precedent in the country among female celebrities, including for mainstream idols and models. Past examples of high-profile women who have posed nude while pregnant include the singers Minmi and hitomi, the model Kumiko Takeda, and (more recently) the model Angelica Michibata.
