Triumph, Japan's wackiest bra brand, has released its 15th Lingerie White Paper -- a report on the underwear trends of Japanese women. Triumph has been doing this survey since 2000 and releases it to the press in May every year.
And this year's report contains some good news for any who have bemoaned the chopping-board poverty of Japanese girls' breasts.
Based on its own product sales from 2014, it has organized the results per Japanese women's breast size:

B cup – 20.5%
C cup – 26.3%
