Our favorite Korean sexy ladies, the indubitable and undefeatable Girls' Generation (aka Shojo Jidai or SNSD) are going to perform tonight on the CBS talkshow, "The Late Show with David Letterman". It's apparently the first Korean music act to appear on mainstream American television!

One of Japan's most popular "entertainers" these days is Mana Ashida, a child actress aged just seven years old.
In her latest TV advertising campaign, some innovative ad guys came up with the idea of having Mana dance in a sexy move reminiscent of Korean girl band KARA.
So we get to see Mana-chan gyrate her "thighs" while wearing a short skirt. K-pop group KARA alone have caused a sensation here and in their native Korea for their too-sexy dance moves. So apparently getting a young infant to imitate their groove was a good idea...

The battle of the Asian girl groups has reached a new level.
The relatively newly formed SDN48, who are considered to be the bit older and sexier counterpart to AKB48, have recently armed themselves against sexy K-Pop group KARA.
According to Zakzak in Japan, SDN48 has employed a Korean song writer and added "Korean-esque" lyrics to their songs to battle the threat that is the K-Pop boom in Japan at the moment. Lyrics aside, the sexiness levels of both SDN48 and KARA is quite high, but as far as the Japanese public is concerned, KARA and their sexy hip dance is winning.

Over the weekend Korean pop group KARA gave a press conference to announce their music debut here in Japan.
To the joy of their fans, the girls told us they will release their first CD for the Japanese market this August. The single will be Mister, said the group in brave, broken Japanese (this is only their second visit to these isles!).
