Tokyo Game Show 2016 virtual reality booth allows horny visitors to grope mannequin
We continue our reports about Tokyo Game Show 2016.
We are a little late on these reports but we were too busy to post.
TGS always walks that fine line between the exciting big releases of the gaming industry and veering off into creepy (but to us, intriguing) world of virtual dating and sex.
Here is certainly one example.
Virtual reality was the big theme at the show, as expected, though it wasn’t all mainstream uses of the technology. As we know, the adult implications for VR are huge and a major thing in the industry in Japan, too.
The developers M2 Co. Ltd have created E-mote, a 3D modeling and animation software.
How to demonstrate this kind of product? Yeah, it’s tough. M2 decided to do what anyone would, and that’s put a mannequin in their booth, dress it up in cosplay clothes, and then place sensors on the body.
Visitors could don a VR headset and take turns groping the mannequin to experience the joy of virtual reality chikan.
After all, there’s nothing better at a family show like TGS than the sight of grown men lining up to fondle the breasts of a mannequin.
Yes, this was rather controversial, so much so that the booth had to shut down its mannequin demo later in the show.
