Young woman on Tokyo train beats the heat with butt-exposing denim shorts

In Tokyo, it’s super hot right now. Record-breaking hot, in fact. As in, 41 degrees Celsius in Saitama.

Fortunately, we don’t do a job where we have to wear a shirt and jacket, and tramp to work on a packed commuter train each morning. Those poor souls have a horrendous time during this season.

There is a plus to it, though. If you get to ride the trains every day, you can also enjoy the sights of Japanese girls coping with the heat. Summer ushers in loose dresses (that soon stick to their skin and butts, revealing their things) and legs a plenty.

Some take things further, however, whether for purposes of keeping cool or fashion.

A lady of this ilk was recently spotted on a train in the city. She was wearing denim shorts, as is a vogue these days. She clearly wanted to beat the heat, though, and there were generous holes cut into the denim.

This is also fashionable now and they may well have been there originally. But it looks like she tried to expand the holes to provide better air circulation or something.

Or perhaps she’s just a roshutsu fetishist.

Because the result was the other people on the train could basically see her butt through the holes in the shorts.

Not surprisingly, it attracted attention from a fellow passenger, who snapped some photos and shared them online.

Still it’s not as extreme as this young woman, who started actually stripping on a Tokyo train.
